Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter Peter Silk - an academic and Ilkay Silk, a gifted actress who is also a director, writer and producer. Her father hails from Britain as does her mother, who is a "Turkish ex-pat from Cyprus who is now living in England." Anna's earliest memories include attending play rehearsals and watching her mother's work. She appeared in many commercials in her early years. Anna was transferred to Toronto in the fall of 1999 in order to continue her acting career. After that, she settled to Los Angeles (California) over the next ten years. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They got engaged in 2009 after getting married. Anna has since converted to Judaism in the year before, and Seth Cooperman were married in December of 2010 in Fredericton. In April 2011 the couple renew their vows in the traditional Jewish ceremony. Bo's same-sex romance with Lauren was featured in CNN's most popular TV Couples ever, and was named the top TV Couple in 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Anna grew a large online audience on social networks as a direct result of its success.
