Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American voice actor director producer, and vocalist. Lucy Liu is a beautiful and intelligent actress. A lot of Asian actors aspiring to be famous actors in Hollywood look up to Lucy Liu. Following a string of appearances in television shows that were popular her name was a household name when she was cast on the Ally McBeal legal comedy where she played Ling Woo. Following her success, she landed major roles in Shanghai Noon (1998) and Charlie's Angels (2000). She delivered a stunning performance as Japanese gangster O-Ren Ishii (Quentin Tarantino) in Kill Bill Volume 1 by Quentin Tarantino. In the meantime she was an actor in films that failed that were box-office hits like Rise: Blood Hunter were as well-known. In animated films like Kung Fu Panda, Tinker Bell and others she voiced prominent characters. Mia Mason's role on Cashmere Mafia, a small screen film, failed to yield outcomes. Southland, a critically acclaimed series of police dramas which had Liu playing recurring roles, helped her reestablish her role as an actress. Liu is careful when choosing roles in order so that she doesn't get stereotyped in an industry which is extremely competitive. Though she has embraced her roots she has not let it limit her as an artist.
